Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Painesville was fantastic. The hotel was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the pool with salt water was a refreshing bonus. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was great near the waffle house down the street, the fitness center and church. Staff was incredibly nice and courteous, and facilities were clean here. Lots of food available in the bar.

This location worked well for our family open house in the area. It's very close to a commercial area, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast included a variety of options and there was a pool with saltwater - a nice touch for a refreshing swim.

The hot water in the showers was a little cool.

The hotel was modern and excellent. the staff were attentive. We truly enjoyed the peaceful location very close to bars, restaurants, the plaza, and the Waffle House down the street. the provided service was excellent. the pool was very clean.

The location was excellent, just off the highway, making it very convenient to get around. The room was impressively clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, offering a nice change from the usual continental fare found at many hotels.

There were a few aspects that detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast bar seemed slow to restock, and there were instances where items were not available, such as milk on Sunday morning.
